Sony Joseph is a licensed CPA in state of Texas. He is the founding Partner in JJB CPA Group PLLC. He was the owner of Sony Joseph CPA, PC for eight years and merged his practice with JJB CPA GROUP PLLC.He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts and Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Certified Management Accountant from Institute of Management Accountants USA and an Enrolled Agent with Internal Revenue Service. He has a master’s in accounting from the University of Phoenix AZ. He was the treasurer of the Phoenix Chapter of Institute of Management Accountants in 2014-2015 fiscal year. Mr. Joseph served as the Sergent at Arms for Missouri City Toastmaster club for the year 2018. As a senior partner, Mr. Joseph advises clients on real estate strategies, business advisory services and tax and accounting services. He advises clients on international tax compliance and expat compliances for non-citizens.
He is actively engaged in various nonprofit organizations outside of his business. He lives in Missouri City, TX with his wife and three sons

john babu
John has over 20 years of experience in taxes, audit and finance comprises of government and private sector. He has a broad range of experience in tax planning and tax preparation for individuals and businesses. Prior to organizing the JJB CPA GROUP, John worked over 14 years with Texas State Comptroller of Public Accounts and performed hundreds of tax audits and compliance assignments. He gained extensive experience in State & Local Taxes, including Sales Tax, Franchise Tax, Mixed Beverage Tax, Crude oil & Natural Gas Taxes and Gross Receipt Tax. He is also a registered Financial Advisor and a Life & Health Insurance Agent. He specializes in strategic wealth planning, financial analysis, and compliance, ensuring that all clients achieve their financial goals. John has a master’s degree in finance. John is CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant). John has FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 securities registrations as well as Life, Accident, Health, & Variable Annuity Licenses. In addition to his work life, John is passionate about serving the community. He lives in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, John travels, enjoys nature, and is involved in various sports activities.

Anish Joseph
Anish Joseph is a CPA with more than 15 years of experience covering areas of accounting, audit and tax. With exposure to both service and manufacturing industries in India, UK and USA, he brings in the insight from a complex and connected business world together with the professionalism suited to a multicultural environment. As Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA London, his approach to business solutions are built on analyzing information, providing strategic thinking and building a sustainable business. In trying to blend the academic and practical skill, he has the added advantage of being a MBA graduate from University of East London. The Master of Accountancy program with Taxation concentration from University of Texas has provided him with the diverse set of skills needed to handle the client tax issues. Maintaining and enhancing relations with the clients is his core belief for business success while employee relationship is always paramount. Anish is a member of Texas Board of Certified Public Accountant and is a member of Indo US Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston. He is a keen follower of current affairs and an active member in community, and he cherishes the time with his wife and two daughters.
